Working Out at Work!
Do you feel tired at work? Notice your coworker in the next cubicle falling asleep on his keyboard? Are you starting to feel pain in your back and legs from sitting all day? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we can help!

Foundation Fitness is a new program developed by Dr. Tom House that focuses on functional movements designed to bring balance back to the body. The exercises can be done by anyone, at any age, anywhere where you find a chair, wall, and floor! In our Working Out at Work program, we send one of our Certified Foundation Fitness Coaches to your office for a 30 or 60 minute workout. The Certified Coach will also give a mini-lecture about nutrition at home and work at the beginning of each workout session!

Working out at work has been shown to increase productivity and moral due to the body's release of endorphins while exercising. The program will also improve the overall health of the office and may reduce the number of sick days taken.

Gym Beginnings
You join a gym and get a free workout with a personal trainer. Your PT shows you the proper technique to do squats, bench your body weight, blast your triceps and bulge your biceps. You go to the gym consistently for 3 weeks with no noticeable difference with the exception of really sore muscles the next day. You quit going to the gym even though you've signed a 3 year contract. Has this happened to you?

Foundation Fitness is a great way to get back into getting back in shape. Our program uses only your body weight in functional positions to get your body back into balance. Using movements from yoga, pilates, and eastern martial arts, Foundation Fitness is a great way to start building an exercise regimen. In one of our group fitness classes you can workout to your own level of tolerance, meaning you only workout as hard your body can. This reduces the risk of injury that is inherent with free weight and machine lifting.

Yoga Studios
Are you looking for a new program to offer your loyal yoga patrons? Take a look at Foundation Fitness! Incorporating moves from yoga, pilates, and eastern marital arts, Foundation Fitness is designed to bring the body back into balance using functional movements and body weight. The only equipment required is a chair, a wall, and a floor.

Foundation Fitness has been tested (with great results!) by multiple demographics from professional baseball players to exercise newbies. The class can be taught one-on-one to one-on-hundreds throughout varying fitness levels. Each exercise is designed to increase stability, mobility, and flexibility and is done to the individual's level of tolerance. More advanced exercises can be used for seasoned yoga participants.

Foundation Fitness is a great way to introduce people to isometric and isokinetic movement as a form of exercise. The positions in our program translate easily to positions people find themselves in everyday in their work and play environments.

Baby Boomers
Do you find yourself stiff or sore in the morning? Have you noticed that your flexibility is only a shadow of what it used to be? Are these limitations changing the way you live your life? Foundation Fitness will help you regain stability, mobility, and flexibility in all of your muscles, connective tissue, and joints. By bringing balance back to the body, Foundation Fitness will take away pain, increase strength and flexibility, and challenge your stamina!

Foundation Fitness is a fun, effective workout that requires only a chair, a wall, a floor, and your determination to feel better and live without pain! Using isometric and isokinetic exercises, this program works your body in a variety of different angles and functional positions to bring bilateral parity to all parts of the body in motions that we use everyday. These exercises can be done in a group setting or, if you're more comfortable doing them on your own, one on one with one of our certified coaches!

Foundation Fitness is a great way to start getting back into shape. But it's not only for beginners! This program can improve absolute strength gains 10-15% when combined with a weight training program! Try Foundation Fitness today and see how good pain free can be!

If you'd like to start feeling better without the "No Pain, No Gain" philosophy of fitness, request a Foundation Fitness instructor at your gym today!
