NPA camps and clinics are designed to address all aspects of pitching and coaching. The pitching camps are geared for all ages and levels of experience. League Boards and Reps - 2010 NPA Coaches Clinics!
As the 2010 Baseball season gets into full swing, it will soon be time for league signups, tryouts, and practice. Many leagues require coaches to go through some training for the upcoming season. The NPA has several options to choose from that will help leagues not only satisfy this requirement, but more importantly will give your coaches the best information around with a proven track record of success and reduction of injury.
The NPA Online Pitching Mechanics Clinic
Duration: 2 hours
Topics: Pitching Mechanics, Drills, Grips, Motion Analysis (Nolan Ryan, Randy Johnson, and others)
Notes: Content is delivered via streaming video, text, and images. Short quizzes at each phase reinforce knowledge of topics, end quiz ensures grasp of mechanics concepts. Each coach receives a certificate of completion at course end, and the NPA Guidelines - a downloadable document that covers the information presented in the course, as well as recommended pitch totals, work out suggestions, and more.
